Chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Nunes appearing on Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo this morning May20 2018:
MARIA," The department of Justice has told FoxNews they've invited you to the DoJ and you haven't responded...are you aware of this invitation..?
NUNES, " ... We are not going to go to another meeting where we don't get documents and then the meeting leaks out.
This should make people very suspicious."

At this point Sessions should be fired or impeached. The entire DOJ reports to him directly. Hes, allegedly anyway, in charge.
He needs to start behaving that way or leave.
Now.
L
They need to quit pissing around. Issue supaenas for the documents immediate ly.
If not complied with vote contempt charges and send the US Marshalls to arrest them and hold them in the House Basement.
Bring articles of Impeachment against Wray, Rosenstein, and Sessions.
Link worked for me.
Brings me to the page with the description:
Rep. Nunes: Show us the information that led to FISA warrant
May. 20, 2018 - 4:25 - Comey says Steele dossier was not the only factor that led to the FISA warrant and the Trump-Russia investigation; Rep. Devin Nunes calls for more documents to be released on ‘Sunday Morning Futures.’
sessions has proven to be yet another deep state operative. with his harmless facade, his absolute abdication of doj, fbi responsibility , he has inflicted more damage on President Trump than anyone.
Hes Elmer Fudd.
Long overdue - time to escort Sessions The Troll out ...
This country needs a cathartic series of hangings on pay per view.
Sleepy Jeff Sessions needs to be fired, Rosenstein too and Director Wray.
Nunes was angry... first time I’ve seen him that upset.. and more so over the fact they can’t hold the documents but are holding the documents. He said they need to see the documents and the justice dept can’t hold them... but won’t let the rightful dept.. Nunes.. see them. So, why did they give the documents to the ones who will not give them to Nunes!! Someone will say “he had to”.. nope.. don’t cooperate with the wrong doings of the criminals. Ya’ don’t ever ‘have to” when there is this much dirty pool going on.
No, they are out to destroy Nunes, and the msm will gladly help.
It was a definite setup, and Nunes knows it.
The desperation level is closing in on Defcon 1. Not there yet, but getting cloooose.
This has not yet played out. You do not know with any degree of certainty that Sessions is black hat. Unless you are trolling for the anti Trumpers it would be wise for you to STFU and wait until you know what you are talking about.
As with Eric Holder in fast and furious, supaenas have been issued and the Sessions DOJ refuses to comply. Sen Grassley is also not getting the docs he wants to see either. It appears that Jeff Sessions is trying to run out the clock.
I do not know with any degree of certainty and neither do you. Wait. It will do you good. His modus operandi throughout his long career has been as a stealth assassin.
The Dems started a stink in March 2017, after Nunes went to the White House to gain information regarding the Trump transition team’s having been monitored by U.S. intelligence agencies. The House Ethics Committee opened an investigation over his White House visit, during which time Nunes took a temporary leave from the Intelligence Committee while the investigation ran its course. The Dems have been trying to get rid of this investigation from the beginning, because they knew where it would lead.
You STFU.
You can defend a corrupt politician if you want to.
I damn sure won’t.
What ever Grassley gets is instantly leaked. His committee is a black hat sieve.
Judge Jeannie, Joe Degeniva, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and many more smart people all think Sessions is part of the problem not part of the solution. Sessions has done NOTHING to move forward the process of exposing the corruption at DOJ/FBI/CIA. Not one damn thing. Quite the contrary he done everything he can to stone wall congressional investigations.
Here is Judge Jeannie on Sessions

Judge Jeanine was brutal and accurate.
Chairman Nunes,
STOP acting like a pussy! Demand Speaker Ryan give you a stack of Signed Arrest and Detainment Warrants for Contempt of Congress. MAKE IT LOUD AND VERY PUBLIC!!!
Subpoena EVERYONE, Lock All witnesses in a Private Room so they will have NO IDEA what any other person testified to. Do the EXACT SAME THING for EVERY ATTORNEY and Assistant in the Chambers, Then bring them in 1 by 1 and when they LIE, balk or refuse to answer or turn over documents, ORDER THE Sergeant at Arms to take them in to Custody where they will be Held in Solitary Confinement until the Next Hearing, in the CONGRESSIONAL JAIL! YES we Know you have your very own Jail that you refuse to use, why do you think it is there in the first place??
Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!
“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”
Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. One has to wonder how a previous Congress might have responded to Alberto Gonzales’s endless recitations of “I do not recall.”
Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR
No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!
CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!
Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)
If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.
Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.
Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.
Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.
In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.
