Isn't it ironic that they are applying the same techniques to the pro-2A populace that set off the monsters who attacked their schools in the first place ?
The students aren’t leading anything. They’re being told what to do.
You’re talking about ratification of an amendment bill AFTER it has passed both houses of Congress with a two thirds majority and been signed by the President. A tall order right there.
Now take that number, 34, and google “Equal Rights Amendment”. This was passed in the late 1970’s but fell short of 38 states for ratification even though the deadline year 1978 was moved not once, but twice. Never got more than 34 states.
An Amendment can be repealed only by another amendment. This has happened once with the repeal of Prohibition and it was a difficult process even though repeal was wildly popular at the time.
