The New York Times has essentially outed the CIA and FBI informant as Stefan Halper tonight in yet another lengthy justification article citing the reasoning from the perspective of the corrupt intelligence officers who conducted the surveillance and spying operation against the Trump campaign.

There’s another guy who comes up often, and has some connection back to Mifsud....a German business guy named Stephan Roh.
If you stand back and admire all of this connectivity....it mostly leads back to a number Russian Oligarchs, bankers, and folks who handle money-laundering. I won’t necessarily say Putin has any input or that the Clintons have much influence. It reminds me of the ‘bad guys’ in these early versions of James Bond movies.

Well....we all know that Seth Rich just got robbed at 4:20 AM and then got shot in the back. Well...they did attempt to rob him but apparently took nothing.
I’m sure Stefan Halper won’t be taking any walks in NW DC at 4:20am.
I lived in the Arlington area for 3.5 years. You generally wise up after a month of local living in the DC area....that there are various no-go areas after 10 PM at night. Just suggesting a Metro ride and having to switch trains at L’Enfant Plaza Station was a general problem, but a bad idea after 10 PM.
So you didn’t go out unless you were in a particular crowd or group. The same goes for evening games over at Nationals ballpark...you didn’t hang around after the game ended at 10 PM...you made your way to the subway and got out of DC quickly.
