I wonder why they are allowing the unsealing. Are they trying to get ahead of the IG report?

Those smarter than me can explain - is this the same case that put Weiner in the slammer?

It talks about unsealing of the Sept 2016 search and seizure warrant and it’s attachment. Is this the same as unsealing an indictment?
