Those smarter than me can explain - is this the same case that put Weiner in the slammer?
It talks about unsealing of the Sept 2016 search and seizure warrant and its attachment. Is this the same as unsealing an indictment?
Nothing is going to happen in 3, 2, 1 ... BOOM
Good pickup. Of course the unsealing of an old Search Warrant is nothing near an Indictment. Everyone wants to look the other way. No one is doing a damm thing to stop the Deep State. Maybe the production of the Affidavit for Search Warrant would be entertaining. That would outline the Probable Cause for the SW. Otherwise nothing has been revealed.
See my post at #13. It is related to that sexting of underage girls where his laptop was seized.
As Dan Bongino has suggested, there are things on there so egregious they cannot be swept under a carpet and ignored...they demanded action.
At least that is how I understand it.
He went to the slammer for sexting a minor. Not the same.
“is this the same case that put Weiner in the slammer?”
What put Weiner in the slammer was his wiener.
Yes. Docket for United States v. Weiner, 1:17-cr-00307. This is paper No. 54 in that case.

No. Indictments and search warrants are different things.
