U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley slammed the United Nations on Tuesday for pushing an investigation into the measures Israel took to secure its border during violent clashes with Hamas-backed insurgents earlier this week.
After she concluded her speech, she walked out of the chamber when a Palestinian representative began to speak.

Trumps looking for solutions and people who can do that....the old worn out ways of the past he’s not buying nor will he play in their games. Either come to the table with real solutions or everything moves forward without you.
About three weeks ago, I noted that the Saudis kinda told the Palestinians that their long-term strategy wasn’t going to be effective and they needed to move closer to some agreement.
Money-wise, if the US cuts off their money, and the Saudis (because of financial issues and lesser profits on oil) trim theirs....the only big supporter is Iran. Last I noticed, the Iran banks are in serious jeopardy and money-laundering episodes are occurring monthly.
We might be six months away from a ‘wake-up’ but I think the reality that North Korea came to....will occur with the Palestinians shortly.
Note as well...the suggested number of deaths are not readily proven. There might be a few of these guys who died and then were pulled out of the morgue for a second tour, as dead guy number two.
Palestinians are hard-wired for violence and victim-hood when they loose.....that’s not going to change and Trumps sized that up early on. He’s not going to play their game....and now they have to learn that.

It will take a long time for the Palis to comprehend their new situation. If the spineless Europeans would stop nursing their dream of defeating Israel, things would crumble for them very rapidly.

Yup, and our Veto power is the ONLY reason why we should be a part of the UN. Furthermore, if I were Trump, I would kick everyone out of the building and cease contributing a dime to the UN.
Well, I guess this means Haley’s boss has thrown in the towel on peace in the Middle East.

PREDICTION: The Palestinians meet our terms (meaning they also meet Israel’s terms) and start SERIOUS peace talks.
RATIONALE: Sounds insane, but consider their position, relative to most of the past 40 years:
1) The US is through treating them ‘equally’ as they send rockets into Israel and attempt to keep terrorizing them.
2) Russia is also on excellent terms with Israel...they see no value in supporting ‘the resistance’ there. There are now millions of (formerly) Russian Jews living in Israel, and Russia makes a point of looking out for Russian nationals anywhere they are in the world (as Ukraine is learning the hard way).
3) Two Arab states, neither of which recognize Israel are at least tacitly supporting Israel. Bahrain stated outright that Israel has the right to defend itself (against Iranians setting up shop in Syria), and the Saudis, by many of their actions are headed that direction.
The bottom line, I think, is that many countries are simply SICK TO DEATH of the Palestinians. They send rockets over, make surges towards Israel’s border, build tunnels under the border - and when Israel responds even in a minimal way, they, the Palestinians, complain that they’re not being treated fair.
I think their day has come and gone, and now they’ll take whatever they can get from the US and the ‘Zionist Entity’, as they call Israel.
