Wish I had the answers but it’s largely above my grade of understanding........Congress has the power to step in but they’re so disjointed and almost useless in doing more than shuffle documents around.
Recently a couple Judges have stepped up to the ‘bar’....and called them out.....so perhaps it’s a matter of juggling Judges and Attorneys to understand and care about what’s happening? Do they even know?
Case, Congress is doing exactly what it wants. It’s members like the way things are, for the most part. There’s no urgency for them. They’re quite content.
