No, they won't. Only the 8-13 year olds will retain a tie through Dec 31, 2019. The older ones are cut off now. A world-wide replacement for both boys and girls is being rolled out. Even the long standing home teaching and relief society practices are being changed. I haven't read all of the recent conference proceedings, but even people who have are waiting to see the details.
