Rescissions can be approved with simple majorities in both houses, meaning the Senate can’t block them with a filibuster. That takes away Paul Ryan's lie that the US House can't do anything because "it will not pass the Senate."

That takes away Paul Ryan's lie that the US House can't do anything because "it will not pass the Senate." Nah, they'll just say that without McCains vote, it can't pass in the Senate. And kill it.
