Sadly it’s becoming clear that Democrats believe their own ridiculous lies.
While Speaking to the Teamsters Union Local 630 in Los Angeles this weekend, Maxine Waters had another public meltdown as she laughably claimed that “It has not been Republicans, it is always Democrats. We’ve been there for you. We’re gonna stay there for you. And damn this president!”
Waters went on rambling tirade as she tried to convince the group that the Democrat Party is on the side of working class Americans, as she simultaneously admitted many middle-class Americans have felt abandoned by their representatives in D.C.
“We’re in a difficult time in this country,” she explained.
“We’re almost at a constitutional crisis in the United States of America,” she commented before repeating it with more certainty, “We’re at a constitutional crisis because we’ve got a president, the likes of which we’ve never seen before.
“You know, some people think his antics sometimes are funny, sometimes cute, sometimes unusual. And to say, ‘Well, you know, he’s going to learn to become presidential.”
“That’s a lie!”
“He’s never going to be presidential,” she spewed, waving her glasses in the air.
“He’s never going to be presidential because he does not respect the Constitution of the United States of America and he is no friend to organized labor,” she cried, receiving no response from the crowd.
“Let me just say this: I know that some of our membership in various areas of the country said, ‘Well, you know, we don’t think we’ve gotten a fair shake. We don’t think government has paid enough attention to some of our rural communities and our little towns.”
“But I want you to know this: whether it is healthcare, or whether it is food stamps, or whether it is any of the issues dealing with the least of these.
“And whether it’s issues about whether or not our government and our elected officials are going to support the right to organize and support the right to bargain,” she said.
After a lengthy rant about protecting unions, Waters inexplicably dove in to the topic of immigration. Conveniently leaving out the key word “illegal,” Waters incorrectly stated that immigrants were almost exclusively coming to the U.S. from Mexico and slammed President Trump for being a racist divider.
“America must be for all of the people. All of the time,” she declared, elicting weak applause.
Right there Waters showed her true colors by lumping in foreign invaders with American citizens who just want to work. Union members should ask themselves if they want to compete with illegal aliens for jobs and help foot the bill for their housing, food, and education. Or, is it time to put America and Americans First.
Amazing that she thinks food stamps, welfare and free health care is all people want. They want more and they can get that when there is work. Yes, some don’t want work, but I’ll bet once people can get jobs again the majority would realize how much they can have if only they get a chance to provide for themselves.
Funny thing is, the real James Brown probably would have been a Trump fan.

Maxine is so low she has to look up to the bottom. But I agree with other posters here: let her keep talking all through the midterms. Aside from Crazy Gramma Nancy, Miss Maxine is the most vapid member of the Congressional leftists. Her stupidity is our asset.
They cannot comprehend that anyone would rather have a job than handouts. It does not compute with them.
I’ve always wondered why the GOP has never run a campaign showing how illegals hurt union members.
