..."Horrific accident"? - How about "cold-blooded mass murder", Mr. Runcie?

..."Had no connection?" - How about this lying SOB Runcie loses his job for criminal negligence and total dishonesty and intent to deceive the public?

Is it any wonder public "education" is so screwed up with dishonest fiends like this in charge?

All I have is one question? Why have the two POS’s most responsible for this hideous crime still walking free. Both Robert Runcie, the jackass school superintendent and Scott Israel, the damned to hell County Sheriff still walking around as free men. At the very least, they should have been fired and arrested for their inactions in this debacle. Instead, they just walk around free as if they weren’t the problem and Broward County and the State of Florida act as if nothing happened. FIRST, get rid of that stupid pro=criminal PROMISE BS in school’s. Second, Find every stinking one of the fools involved in this fiasco, arrest them, put them on trial and put them in jail.

The false idea behind PROMISE is that juvenile criminals are less dangerous and evil than adult criminals. Mentoring and education without accountability and consequences doesn’t work any more for kids than adults.

Meanwhile, in an effort to cure the disparity in discipline, while "students of color" get PROMISE, "students of non color" get zero tolerance. How do you "close the gap"? By ignoring criminal activity by one group, while members of the other side get disciplined for even nibbling a Pop Tart into the shape of a gun.
