“I don’t know if his lawyer paying off a porn star is a technical violation of campaign finance laws, and I don’t care. I didn’t vote for Trump to marry my sister, I voted for him to be president and to make sure Hillary wasn't. On that count, his presidency has been a smashing success.”

Yes, Trump could have screwed half the women in the country and it would not make any difference to me in terms of why I voted for him. All the women who are pi$$ing and moaning about Trump's alleged sexual exploits, need to get a grip. He's not been accused of raping anyone like Slick Willie, so any partner he may have had consented to the liaison, and guess what all you tootsies, they were, just like you, women.

Well, Nunes just said on Fox that he’s going to hold Sessions in contempt of Congress...

It’s a good start!

Liberalism can be contained, but it cannot be totally destroyed because it’s a part of fallen human nature. Believers in freedom and private property will have to stay alert and keep fighting — until the end of the world if you’re an atheist — or until the Lord returns if you’re a Christian. Raising children as believers in freedom and private property, rather than David Hoggs in training, is a part of the solution.

Donald Trump didn’t work his way through the ranks, pay his dues and kiss the right rings as he ascended to the White House, he stormed the gates and cut the line. He not only didn’t “pay his dues,” he beat those who did.

This is a far more profound statement than many people realize. The swamp is all in favor of reform if it gives them the accelerated power grab which they crave. This is why ObaMao campaigned as an outsider, as someone who had crashed the gates as Trump actually did. The lapdog media failed to point out that he was actually groomed as someone who would drain the swamp rather than enlarge it and the public bought it.

Look a BO's entire career. He went from what was essentially a community college (Azusa Pacific University) straight to the Ivy League (Columbia) where nobody can ever remember being in a class with him. Then it was on to Harvard where he was only a little less invisible. Despite mediocre performance (was someone paid to take his tests for him?), he was named editor of the Harvard Law Review and had a faculty position waiting for him at the prestigious University of Chicago upon graduation. Who else gets a deal like that with a resume like his?

But wait, it gets better. He slides into an Illinois senate seat on the basis of disqualifying his only viable opponent from the ballot. Then does the same with a U.S. Senate seat by getting his only viable opponent in the general election to resign by having his media surrogates unseal divorce records which were supposed to be sealed.

From there, he gets a feckless GOP presidential opponent in a year when the GOP is already facing a strong headwind. Said opponent make it a real contest for a couple of weeks by selecting an awesome VP pick and proceeds to throw the election with a little help from more bad economic news. The GOP proceeds to repeat the useless "my turn" pattern by selecting the almost as feckless runner-up to said feckless opponent as their 2012 nominee. Said opponent actually convinces the public he is serious about winning and pulls ahead after the first debate before getting back on script and throwing the election, again!

So after eight years of seeing the swamp enlarged, not drained, the public (barely) turns to Donald Trump and the swamp is outraged. The current hissy fit what we are witnessing is the result.

The new counterculture might be sustainable through it's 'normalization' process precisely because it is NOT rooted in liberalism. The counterculture of the '60s and '70s was not sustainable because at it's peak the ultimate objective was to bring forth from the fantasy of John Lennon's "Imagine" story, and I suspect that too much LSD in a short period of time really did a number on the minds of radical leftist progressive-types who may still have a distorted view of the world at large. The acid was supposed to get them onto a fast track to knowledge and wisdom but it didn't do much to enlighten the masses, only just a very few compared to how many people experimented with it among other hallucinogens and all of the untried combinations of those and other kinds of drugs, including cocaine and heroin. I just hope that the new counterculture doesn't tire of itself (but why would it?) too soon or let the opposition get away with any more of its old or new tricks.

“Liberalism Must Be Destroyed”

“I wasn’t a big believer in the “deep state,” this push by the permanent power class in Washington trying to destroy the President because he crashed their party.”

Wow, just figured that out. I can go back to my college days when the Left was openly siding with the Soviet Union, maybe even earlier, when I figured out who they are what needs to be done.

These people could not even figure it out in November, 2016, and they’re ONLY NOW starting to see the pattern.

...and these are our best?

“I didn’t vote for Trump to marry my sister, I voted for him to be president and to make sure Hillary wasn’t.”

I like that, and may start using it. My prior line was we all knew Trump would not do well running for Pope, but that’s not what his job is.

Trump signed the omnibus spending bill to fund lib/progs’ priorities in education system, it’s very helpful in fighting liberalism.

It gets so confusing. One day they use the world liberalism, then it’s progressive (communist/socialist), then it’s just democrat or democratic, but the one word that truly encompasses all of them in the truest form is “Leftism”. Leftism defines and labels them in one simple word.

Many of us on the right may have some liberal notions. I, for instance, care deeply about animals. That is traditionally used a liberal platform and the groups who use it are usually leftists but not all those who care about animals are leftists. Most hunters and outdoors people who like hiking and hunting care deeply about the environment, nature, and the animals who live in it. That could be considered a liberal position according to our society but only because these leftist groups have made it that way.

The moral of the story is the correct word is Leftism; not Liberalism IMHO. One can be “liberal” and not be a leftist but one cannot be a “leftist” and not be a socialism loving commie. They can have a good quality or two like caring about the animals, nature, and environment (just like right wing hunters and nature lovers) but are usually misguided in their beliefs about glo-bull warming. I think this is all by design to divide us and keep us hating each other. It appears to be working well. I sure as hell hate leftists who continue to attempt to take away our rights and pollute our country with illegals. I hate them a lot and I don’t like that I give them that power. Mostly I hate those at the top of the pyramid scheming and pushing these narratives. People like obama, his entire Administration, RINO’s like McCain, Antifa, leftist academics, Hollyweird, and the money oligarchs like Soros who should be a drone target.

My peeve is calling them liberals, they don’t even call themselves that. They’re Bolsheviks and the Russian Revolution should be required teaching. People should know that ‘Political Correctness’ was the start of the Red Terror that resulted in millions dead. Social Justice Warriors are Bolshevist and they wish us dead. Hillary was Pol Pot to be.
