Sometimes I think Trump is purposely promoting wild goose
chases to make fools out of the media. He thrives on all
of the hokey pokey!
District Judges can, indeed, adjudicate DOJ regulations. Note how a single judge in Hawaii overruled the President Trump "regulation" on immigration. They are, of course, subject to higher court review, but that can take years.
Hopefully we will see Rosenstein exposed.
Secondly do you think Rudy joining is a sign he ready to step in as AG when we see a voluntary step down by Sessions ?
He could do this based on missing how corrupt Rosenstein is and was, and wanting to spend the “infamous more time with his family”

I wonder how much coordination there has been between DOJ and the FBI with Mueller about the release of the report. Timing is important. If it isn't released this month, I suspect a cover-up is underway.

Regardless of which way he rules, the question of jurisdiction would go to the 4th Circuit.
There are numerous other remedies for faulty jurisdiction, one of which is simply change the prosecutor. Mueller drops it, and USA-EDVA picks it up.

Judge Jeanine was brilliant yesterday calling out Mueller on her show.
Stormy and her attorney are gold diggers. The media needs to
reward her for her stunt. Mueller needs to protect his
friends who rewarded him over the years. He also needs to
milk the taxpayers for his services. A Columbo-type person
needs to connect all the dots.
No mention of Kerry’s secret diplomacy on preserving the Iran deal? This is the same guy who met with the North Vietnamese during the Paris peace talks and with Daniel Ortega to keep him in power. I guess the Logan Act only applies to Flynn. I hope Trump withdraws. The pressure by the international community has been enormous. Follow the money.
