This keeps getting more absurd. It’s like a sketch on Mad TV gone wild.
Sessions lack of action has caused great emotional, reputational and financial harm to innocent parties.
Bad that Trump, for over a year, has left the top job in the Justice Department unfilled, resulting in it being run by Mr. “I’m the Swamp” R.
Along the lines of something Samuel Goldwyn might have said (”a verbal contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on”—according to Wikipedia a misquotation of what Samuel Goldwyn actually said).
There you go!
Unfortunately most of the 48% of the public which voted for Hillary (with a few honorable exceptions) is not bothered in the least by the Obama administration using the machinery of the federal government against American citizens for political purposes—to try to ensure the continuation of the same party in power...any more than they were bothered by the use of the IRS in 2012 to help Obama defeat Romney.
A double-pinky promise?
I guess that clinches it (smirk).
what THEY think is totally irrelevant......the most important thing is what WE think.
<><> (A) send investigators to interview Rosenstein and Mueller,
<><> (B) have the two describe, in detail, the "Super Secret Verbal Instructions," and any notes, cue cards, sign language, Braille, flash cards, or whatever is associated with the matter.
<><> (C) if the two accounts aren't exactly the same......US Code 18USC1001 sends them to jail.
I like it!
Nail 'em for lyin' to the FBI, the Department of Infidelity, Cowardice, and Dishonesty!
(Of course, the FBI does have the excuse that they reported to the Muslim Traitor's Department of Just-us.)
That ranks right up there with "...the dog ate my homework."
Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 makes it a crime to: 1) knowingly and willfully; 2) make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation; 3) in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative or judicial branch of the United States.
It is entirely possible that federal offenses committed may include, but not be limited to:
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government for funding (may involve several felonies and could include forgery);
<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA enacted 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.
<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government,
<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights). Violation of Civil Rights under Color of law and conspiracy. Conspiring with others to violate 4th amendment rights.
<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with a public enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a pattern (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the pattern of racketeering activity.
<><> Offenses could include Violation of Rights which prohibits in relevant part, two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §2 41 Conspiracy Against Constitutional mandates in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of having so exercised the same . . . See, 18 U.S.C. §241.
Taxpayers should demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:
<><> FBI Wire Fraud Division
<><> IRS-Fraud Unit
<><> Department of Justices Office of the Inspector General,
<><> Department of Commerces Office of Inspector General.
<><> DOJs Criminal Division Public Integrity Section
<><> DOJ Criminal DivisionOrganized Crime and Gang Section.
They don’t want it to end because they are making more money than they ever dreamed of in Private Practice. And...they are doing it at Taxpayer Expense.
It’s like a Twilight Zone episode that refuses to end.
How did it end up that people who should be being prosecuted are openly wielding the law as a political weapon and getting away with it?
Let’s compromise. It’s like a MAD TV sketch of a Twilight Zone episode. One with Koreans and Russians in it, too.
