Anyone who thinks the Deep State gave up its attempt to unseat President Trump when the Obama-era FISA abuses were revealed should think again.
Rosenstein’s claim that the Department of Justice is “independent” shows his utter contempt for constitutional principles. It is time for Congress to act to impeach Rod Rosenstein and expose, through the impeachment process, the extent of and participants in this coup.

The DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General has the authority and lawful power to obtain warrants to search for and seize evidence. This includes financial records, phone records (including pen registers), internet communications, computer records, location tracking, etc.
Rosenstein and Mueller and their fellow conspirators should not feel they are immune to such measures. I hope the OIG is doing the full range of his duties to include investigations of illicit activities by Mueller and gang.

Good grief. It’s not for Hillary, per se. It’s to cover their own butts and also for their idol, Obama. Hillary would have served that purpose and that’s why it was important that she be elected. Personally, they probably loathed Hillary just like we do. She is one unlovable person. Remember how Comey described her when he announced she was not going to be indicted.
