So on our hike this morning, Penny just plunked herself down in the middle of the trail and refused to continue. I gave her some water, let her rest, as I stood around, and then we finally made our way back to the A/C car. It’s still pretty hot!LOL. She was probably thinking: "what is this woman thinking? It's hot and we've been couch potatoes all winter; we need to go slow".
