A New Jersey superintendent was arrested Monday when officials discovered he had been defecating on a high school football field “on a daily basis,” police said.
Thomas Tramaglini, 42, was charged with lewdness, littering and defecating in public, police said Thursday. The Kenilworth schools superintendent was arrested after surveillance video caught him in the act on Holmdel High School’s football field.

Just waiting for the excuse. Such as his excuse could be he has some disease which causes sudden bowel movements, and he can’t hold back. But then how does he explain it always happens on the field?
Too bad he doesn’t live in San Francisco, where it would be legal.

This sounds like the infamous Mad Pooper of Colorado (Sept. 2017).
That person later apologized, through a friend, but was said to have some sort of traumatic brain injury before all the public pooping proceeded.
At least he isn’t blocked-up and contemplating the Dreaded Apparatus.
God only knows what skeletons a freak like this has in his closet.

I predict he will find similar work elsewhere in the district, but only after obtaining recommendations from both his Psychiatrist, Fitness Trainer and his Gastroenterologist.
