I was not even aware foreign persons on student visas could legally buy guns. I guess they have the same basic 2A rights citizens have. You learn something new every day.
Well, if you understand the Constitution it makes perfect sense, as that revered document doesn't grant you any rights, but merely affirms a few of the many rights that you already have. Of course it's been bastardized so much its hard to know anything for sure anymore.
