For many years, the Iranian regime has insisted to the world that its nuclear program was peaceful. The documents obtained by Israel from inside of Iran show beyond any doubt that the Iranian regime was not telling the truth. I have personally reviewed many of the Iranian files. Our nonproliferation and intelligence officials have been analyzing tens of thousands of pages and translating them from Farsi. This analytical work will continue for many months. We assess that the documents we have reviewed are authentic.
The documents show that Iran had a secret nuclear weapons program for years. Iran sought to develop nuclear weapons and missile delivery systems. Iran hid a vast atomic archive from the world and from the IAEA until today.
Among the flaws of the Iran nuclear deal was the whitewashing of Irans illicit activities related to its military nuclear program. Iran had many opportunities over the years to turn over its files to international inspectors from the IAEA and admit its nuclear weapons work. Instead, they lied to the IAEA repeatedly. They also lied about their program to the six nations who negotiated the Iran nuclear deal. What this means is the deal was not constructed on a foundation of good faith or transparency. It was built on Irans lies. Irans nuclear deception is inconsistent with Irans pledge in the nuclear deal that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop, or acquire any nuclear weapons.

Wanna see my shocked face?
Is anyone really surprised that the JCPOA was a farce? Funny, but the Europeans (predictably) are going around saying that the fact that Iran lied makes the deal ever MORE important. I’d say they were idiots, but they are totally complicit.
These files may reveal who outside of Iran was involved in their program as well. Its also possible that North Korea will have to give up some of their suppliers and collaborators, as part of their deal.
A lot of folks who bash the invasion of Iraq overlook the fact that it totally unveilled the AQ Khan network of nuclear proliferation, which lead to the end of the Libyan program (as well as Iraq’s nuclear, biological and chemical programs). It was an intelligence bonanza.
I think that we are seeing the real roll up of the Iranian/North Korean program, but so far, none of the external players (like other governments or commercial suppliers) have been revealed - big leverage is probably looming over some folks right now, and some testicles are probably being twisted behind the scenes.
I wonder if these files reveal any treasonous complicity by individuals in the Obama Regime?

It’s all about exports to a sizable 80 million people population. And no doubt the Germans are sending technology which will be used for nefarious reasons.
This is just another example of great Republican ads for campaigning. Since Trump is the best counter puncher out there, it wouldn’t surprise that Trump let the rats have at it for the last two years and this summer, when people are home campaigning, Trump lets slip the dogs of war.
Interesting bargaining chip for PDJT. Let the Norks turn “states evidence” against Iran. I’m sure they know a great deal. It just might be worth any concessions we’d have to give.
Uhh...mainly German companies in Europe! I do remember one of them getting busted and the owner thrown in jail for it in Germany. I suspect they may be working through Turkey.
Media was floating the idea the IAEA knew about these documents, and that they were “old news”. Now we find out the IAEA did not know about them.
Does it look like this:
😆
Yes, but not smiling.
