Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday raising issues some of the claims laid out by a scathing inspector general report on Andrew McCabe, the fired FBI deputy director.
I have serious concerns that the Department, during the Obama Administration, attempted to obstruct justice by attempting to inappropriately terminate an FBI investigation on the Clinton Foundation, Goodlatte wrote. Under the facts laid out by the DOJ Inspector General (IG), it is shocking to hear that the Obama Department of Justice may have allowed politics to dictate what cases should or should not be pursued.

NO. No more ‘investigations’. Not until a certain amount of present investigations become resolved, with outcomes made public.
This crap goes nowhere. We need indictments by a new AG FAST!! before the Statute of Limitations runs. Why are we waiting???
‘Investigation,’ is DC-speak for, ‘waste time, drag it out, and hope the voters get fooled into thinking we’re doing something.’
Sessions will refer it to the IG, and go back to chasing refer.

Dead letter office
Sure, the fbi investigating the fbi. They always get the answer they want.
Certainly it's another investigation that we need.
But Sessions is recused from it.
Rosenstein will stonewall it.
And Horowitz will issue a stern report a year from now, when it's too late.
Sessions see no conflict.
The articles include allegations that Rosenstein violated federal law by refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena that was part of Congresss efforts to obtain documents about FBI surveillance during the election, intentionally stalling document production for congressional investigations into possible government misconduct and failing to enforce key laws and protocols.
The impeachment and removal of DAG Rod Rosenstein will cause the resignation of AG Jeffrey Sessions.
At that point, President Trump can replace Sessions with an AG of his choice--perhaps Rudy Guiliani or Joe DiGenova--and this Mueller travesty can be wound up in a week.
The President should then move forward with a new Special Counsel and a deep, thorough investigation of the actual crimes committed by the gangsters of the Obama administration.
This transition from Mueller's ugly fantasyland to a surgical investigation into the cancer-ridden guts of the Obama years needs to commence as rapidly as possible.
More kabuki theater...
Unless and until we see these a$$clowns in cuffs, perp walked to the Federal Pen, it’s all just smoke and mirrors for the masses.
The tree of liberty needs to be refreshed...quickly.
