He told the NYTimes that he prescribed Trump medicines for rosacea and cholesterol also. Just because he didnt name the meds doesnt mean that this is not a violation of the law as well. 35 years as Trumps lawyer. Such betrayal. Yikes.
Not what you said originally. Looks like you read the link I posted that explained that.
Sorry, but your post at #29 was of your personal experience, and I replied to your personal experience as recorded in post 29.
That was a violation of the HIPPA act and a federal crime. The doctor should be reviewed by his state board of medical licensing.
He felt “raped”. Gimme a break. I wouldn’t want a doctor who’s so emotionally fragile.
The facts within the medical record (test #’s, images, lab values) belong to the patient. But practitioners write subjective notes, assessments, recommendations and observations. THOSE belong to the clinician.
Ask for your records and you will get the technical facts with the clinician’s SOAP notes redacted.
Otherwise, clinicians have been sued for observing ‘patient is fat’; ‘patient is passive-aggressive’, et al.
Boogieman posted a link showing who owns the records in each state
Im in Florida. The doctors and hospitals own the original records. Youre entitled to a copy for a small copying fee. Doctor keeps the originals
he released private information on a patient.
He divulges patient info to a ‘reporter” and he’s the one who felt raped......
