Hint: The Waco authorities basically arrested everyone even in the general vicinity of what happened on a boilerplate charge sheet - even people who were not in a gang, not motorcyclists and had no weapons or part in what happened. Do you think that’s the correct thing to do?

This is a big thing, his case has been at the forefront of wanting to face his accusers. This is a good thing for him but is a reminder to all who have followed this what a Travesty to real Justice this has enlightened all who were involved and followed this. Many of the people Waco arrested were not 1-percenters. Several weren’t even motorcyclists. Waco just arrested everyone in the area, participant or not, and charged them all with the same crimes.
I never seen well presented statistics but suspect most of the murdered and wounded was by law enforcement.

No Waco law enforcement or prosecutory agency has released the ballistics or forensics report. Which is both telling and explains why nobody has heard anything clear about it.

1 percenters in the context of bikers means outlaw bikers. They guys that pimp, rape, sell drugs and guns, beat people, burn people, shake down businesses, murder etc.
