U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday suggested his planned meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un take place at the Peace House on the border between North and South Korea, the same site as Kim’s historic meeting last week with South Korea’s president.
“Numerous countries are being considered for the MEETING, but would Peace House/Freedom House, on the Border of North & South Korea, be a more Representative, Important and Lasting site than a third party country? Just asking!” Trump wrote in a post on Twitter.

It would be the easiest for Little Rocket Man, since they say he doesn’t have a reliable plane.
But do we want it to be easy?
If Trump does not have the deal already signed, he should not go.
Depends if Kim wants out of NK. If Kim wants money and transport to abandon NK, then the meeting needs to be out of country.
If Kim wants to stay in NK, but at peace with the rest of the world, then the Peace House.

The only thing that would worry me was lack of security on the northern side- I would want troops there guarding him.
There’s probably an old Stutz Bearcat lying around for him to call Kim Force 1.
Yeah, that would be my concern . . . but Mongolia or Singapore? Would feel the same about the former, SG usually does things right so I’d feel better about that
Quite frankly, Hawaii or Guam, if not Mainland USA I’d be most comfortable with
Anything beyond that should only occur after both sides take down the walls, mines, fences, and OP's and start letting families cross the borders to see their kin.
He can eventually convert it to a new international Trump Hotel and convention site.
If this works, President Trump will not only deserve the Nobel Peace Prize (more than it deserves him), his likeness should appear on all subsequent ones. Thanks McGruff.

I think Trump is covering for Kim’s fear or inability to travel.

Seems like I remember Kim’s father would only travel by train (and had a thing for European models).

... hmmm ... I like the imagery that the location offers ... and with the backdrop of a peaceful meeting it seems like it would be appropriate ... but, if there is Northern deception we will have laid-open our throats for cutting.
I’d demand a serious showing from the North that their forces, who have been on highest alert for decades anticipating an invasion from the South, to be withdrawn to lowest levels ... if its peace, lets have peace; but if its not peace, lets not sacrifice our defense to shake untrustworthy hands ... make the North show.
Plus, I hear Singapore is nice this time of year ...
