Margaret Talev, president of the White House Correspondents' Association, opened the dinner with an address about the core of journalism.

"Real news is sometimes happy, heart-warming, or heart-breaking and critical or makes you angry. But we reject efforts — be it anyone, especially our elected officials — to undermine journalism as un-American," Talev said.

BINGO! Found the source of the insanity last night at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner.

The President of the WHCA is CNN's Margaret Talev.

The epicenter of FAKE NEWS pretends to be protecting the freedom of speech with direct insults. No pretense of humor.

I watched a little bit of CNN this morning. Even THEY were saying they looked bad at the dinner and that Trump came out on top.

Yeah, the problem is that it's heart-warming when Democrats are in power, and heart-breaking and critical when Republicans are in power.

And since when does CNN define what is journalism, or what is un-American? CNN doesn't even like America, and most of its audience is in places outside America, just like Al Jazeera.

Most “journalists” are political operatives. What a bunch of smarmy liars and degenerates. Through their perversion of “journalism” and their absence of integrity they have murdered journalism.

She would be right, excepting for the fact that, what the "journalists" have been doing to the president, and the fake news they present, and the bias they produce within just about single "news" piece, is NOT JOURNALISM.

The "efforts being rejected", are the efforts from the left-wing media to present fake news as real news.

Problem for Americans is that, many left-wing "journalists" actually believe everything they spew out as real news. Many among them deliberately put out hit pieces against Trump and Trump voters.

If the Pravda of the old USSR were still around, they would be copying the methods of the American left-wing media, and even the "reports".

Well there you go. Any conservative President with half a brain would skip that sedition-fest.
