Summary Execution at the nearby town square would be Justice in my opinion. I believe a public stoning was the old world answer to rape. It made it clear to all that rape would not be tootolerated.
Our elders were more civilised than us.
Even in 2018, I would think public execution would seem rational and appropriate.
