Good Morning, Dear Friends,
I couldn't help but think about all the great rallies we sat through together two years, yes two years, ago. Last night, again was a master piece, but this time the coverage allowed us to experience the enthusiasm of the crowd. Man, the place was jumping, wasnt it?
Promise only what you can deliver, then deliver more than you promise
Trump has kept more than his promises. We all know this. He teaches us, he teaches the world. The current media are like children, and maybe unteachable.
After the rally I watched the tail end of the Washington Press Corp Dinner. No wonder Trump didn't attend. Why should he ever attend? You have no Walter Cronkite's there, no David Brinkleys, etc etc. I doubt if Trump has respect for any of them. Just a collection of Trump haters.
Did everyone see that they invited "The Porn Star's attorney there, who tried to photobomb every interview going on, before the dinner, and that The Punk, David Hogg? What are they doing there, (rhetorical question).
I never realized how truly wimpy Paul Ryan is until he appeared on the screen with his pathetic monologue. He could have been the greatest Speaker, had he been more like Newt was to Reagan.
And then you have John "Bed Hair" Kasich there, anxious for another free Monk Fish meal. He wouldn't shut up.
Why would Trump want to be in the same room with these people? I wouldn't want to be in the same room with these people
Why would Trump ever, and I mean ever want to give an ounce of respect or dignify their obvious agenda, ie to subvert everything he does and is trying to do for us?Especially when the week before he was with and speaking to the people in the world who really matter?
No, Trump was with his people last night. He chose to hang with us than with them.
He must have known that he was throwing his staff to the wolves, and I would think that they will be rewarded in praise for putting up with the slings and arrows of filth.
Sarah Sanders almost brought to tears.
I watched her closely. I cringed and I felt for her, but she did not come almost to tears. To the contrary she was simply not amused, because what she listened to was a prime example of the thin line between humor and hate.
You could hear it in the scattered, and I mean scattered as in one or two people applause, their clapping reflecting the hate in their hearts for this grand lady.
No Sarah did not come almost to tears. She looked annoyed, like when you're 3 1/2 years old and your Mom comes in to the kitchen she just cleaned and you have all the salt and sugar and milk on the floor and you're playing in it.
She realizes who's she's dealing with, so does Kelli Anne, (BTW her husband is like "them"? How does it feel knowing your vote is being canceled by the person you live with?)
This past week opened the eyes of many people, who have come forth, so others will follow, acknowledging that our lives are getting better, and quickly with Trump as president.
Did everyone catch Trump's line last night about The USA having almost twice the GDP of the country second to us? Does that begin to tell you why our planet needs leadership, ie adults in the room.
Leading from behind, we all knew was a slogan that depicts inexperience, lack of courage, and wishy washing thinking. A motto that tells you, the guy in charge hasnt a clue about the people hes supposed to be leading.
Sadly, I don't associate with some people, including some family, with whom I enjoyed talking politics with in the past. Not anymore. As soon as they bash Trump, I'm out of here.
The latest was when I met up with a close friend of mine. She's black, a smart business lady, whom I know to be caught up in that liberal/democrat dogma that was handed down to her.
We always avoid talking about those issues and attitudes that we differ on, esp Trump, but the other night I asked her:So, what did you think about the Cosby verdict?"
She answered as if I had elicited her plantar reflex:"Well, he's not much worse than that friend of yours," (Referring of course to my/our president.) My Friends, I could feel the tension inside me light up within a nanosecond, and I realized that I had to just politely walk away, which I did, and I left.
I may, like Kanye West, have lost a friend and in time others, but right now our president needs our support. We need to finish it in November, and sweep clean the RINOs and liberals, and to demand the end to the filibuster rules, and to finally get us back on the track we fell off after Reagan.
I wake up this morning and I'm reading that North Korea wants to normalize relations with Japan. Say what? People want to be free, and to enjoy the fruits and the pursuits of freedom, especially the young.
In Washington DC last night we saw a spectacle of hate. In Washington, Michigan we saw a spectacle of true love and accomplishment, strength and competence.
Trump to me is like that moment you first realize how big your father is as you reach up to cup your little hand in his. He's the man that makes me sleep confidently at night. God Bless President Trump, and God Bless Our Country.
Not trying to rain on your parade but this occurred within the first ten minutes of his speech.
As a trump fan from the moment of coming down the escalator to this very moment I feel it perfectly appropriate for someone not at the rally and over 1000 mile away to ask this question.
So go watch the first ten minutes of his speech again. If your honest you will see why I was curios.
Just a collection of Trump haters.
Even Hollywood didn't show up... no more movies about 'heroic ethical 'news people'... the bloom is off that rose forever.
Oh, and next time? OUR people need to stay home - and some 'adult' at the whore house ... I mean 'dinner' - needs to escort the students OUT OF THE HALL before the 'entertainment' comes on...
And the Demoncrats still think the majority of the Country hates The President!
Trumps rallies are heart pounding and uplifting. We went to one in Atlanta early on in the campaign before they even had metal detectors at the door. We were about 75 ft from Trump and he was magnificent. I knew then that he was the real meal deal.
It was booked -
were there yesterday celebrating our nephews Graduation day. Stupid speeches about cultural diversity. No matter , my nephew graduated summa cum laude. Degrees in music and mechanical
engineering. He starts his first engineering job with a boutique firm in DC th end of May. Go Blue.
I heard (Fox News) that the 10,000 venue was filled, and that there were 25,000 outside who didn’t get in.
That’s only one source, though.
We had a devil of the time attempting to find a feed.
It seems there was no phone service or any working cell phones in the auditorium. Right Side Broadcasting was unable to bring video, all that was heard was audio. Left their site and searched for something; anything.
Ended up on the Trump Network Channel which carried ABC feed. How Trump’s Channel grabbed ABC there is no clue. There was a glitch and break (failure to carry) at one point in the rally when The Donald was speaking to the complete disintegration of our one time MFM.
Google must be destroyed and buried with salt. They’ve censored You Tube so much, so often, to go there any longer one feels they must take a shower just to wash the gas off the body. Our enemies grow bolder.
Thank you Nikos for a great post (thinking you were at the rally?) Just wanted to let you know you are missed, I loved your posts during the election. So glad to read your posts again.
Article says it all
But then we already knew all that
Great post. Trump is about positive results. The left stands for hate.
Absolutely walk away. You can't reason with them!
The only remark I heard from Trump was, “Couldn’t you have gotten a larger building? But you who got to come inside are O.K.” Sounded to me like an overflow crowd.
What I have read...
* One supporter said 4 hrs in line.
* 2 mile car back up.
* Via Lifezette / Fox Corey L is saying 10,000 got inside, 25,000 outside didn't.
* So I read the bldg is 117,000 ft/sqd. and that a day before a MI newspaper said it would hold 5,000.
Do is Lewandowski throwing the bull here a bit, or was those numbers spot on? even if it was 1/2 that, it would be 5,000 in 12,500 outside, that is 17,500 people taking a whole day off ( because it becomes a logistical and more of a time consumer than you think ) to be their when it is normally their day off.
That is a big freakin deal, and this is a movement and yes MI is now "Trump Country".
IMHO this just amplifies that Stabenow is beatable and MI needs a full court press to give us at least one "R"/Trumpian Senator.
Great post Nikos
Yes I agree
Loudmouth liberals should just be walked away from
Great post. Trump is about positive results. The left stands for hate.
Amen and amen!!
Thanks for the ping, nikos!
Our man Trump was in TOP form, last night.
The disgusting Libs, once again, showed they have NOTHING but hate.
People are SO over that.
I found two links for the rally last night on youtube.
Here’s one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0P33f83Tac
Trump starts at approx. 1:48.
“If they were able to be confronted ( which assumes the ability to think logically ) they wouldn’t be liberals to begin with
Walk away”
Confronting a liberal is like wrestling with a turd. Involves an opponent with the IQ of turd as well.
I honestly couldn't believe it had been two years and so I went back and looked at the pictures I had taken at the RALLY I attended and it was two years ago May 6.
I spent most of that time in and out of hospitals and on strong chemo meds. Your rally threads we're great medicine for me. Trump and the Trump Family Train kept me optimistic for the future and God used that to help me get where I am two years later (a much better place).
Trump made big promises at that rally and it is astounding how he has kept those promises. He hasn't changed. He meant what he said. I would follow Trump up the hill in any battle.
Wonderful piece Niko's. Thanks for writing it.
