Might have to wander over to Bob Evans later for late breakfast after church. I usually get their veggie one with hollandaise sauce. Or sometimes the Ham Biscuit Benedict (the ham on side for Lucy)

Mixed review on Correspondents dinner. Attendees included Sara Huckabee, KellyAnn Conway, sean spicer among others. Good they attended... taking one for the good guys!

It was a risque and uneven routine at first met with laughs but often greeted by awkward silence. Wolf laced into the president and repeatedly brought up his comments from the “Access Hollywood” tape. The performance evinced memories of when Stephen Colbert savagely satirized the Bush administration in 2006.

Wolf opened her act with the line, “Good evening, here we are at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner; like a porn star says when she’s about to have sex with Trump, let’s get this over with,” the first of many bawdy insults.

Wolf’s other targets included Vice President Mike Pence, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, and the president’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

Just made the mistake of reading some of the comments after the President’s tweet, vile and evil peeps are up early.

Ed Henry, just on F&F and was a previous head of the WH correspondents, said that Pete was right, the President should never attend this dinner, he had argued previously it was wrong that the President didn’t attend, went even further to say that Sarah Sanders is owed an apology for having to sit through such vileness, he is making phone calls to those who are now at the head, we will see what happens.

I don’t plan on watching any clips or reading any articles about the dinner. Just reading comments from the libs was enough for me, where totally in support of the so called comedian, said she was so funny and spot on, who is that vile person anyway, never heard of her and when did comedians become NOT funny?

I hope in future years the WH staff will make a point of boycotting these. They were troopers last night, weren’t they?

For quite a few years I participated in the Freeper Rally at the correspondent dinner.. costumes, signs calling out the idiots, fun times at lounge afterwards watching the dinner/speeches with FRiends over drinks.
