First Q is on HSPCI report - does it prove there is no evidence of collusion, it was all a big hoax. Is that true? Comey says no, that is not his understanding of facts, Mueller is doing a serious job, the HSPCI report is a political document. HSPCI ruined relationships with FISA Court.
Comey says Trump is trying to undermine Mueller. Third Q is on first meeting (January 6). Comey was concerned about Trump's truth telling based on the campaign. Comey admits the briefing on the Steele dossier was on a small portion, only the salacious part. Total softball interview so far. Only point is doubling down on what he told Congress about the Flynn/FBI interview.

Comey says he didn't see any way Weiner laptop could be connected with Hillary e-mail. Blames McCabe for sitting on the facts.
Refuses to answer question about contact between FBI and DOJ, that is Lynch is compromised and that played into Comey's decision to cut DOJ out of exoneration of Hillary.
Last question brings up Susan Collins criticism that Comey should have waited. Comey says he hopes Collins reads the book, it is not about the investigations.
Toad helps Comey hawk the book. FBI is separate from the political tribes in this country.
Do you thing Mueller is mindful of the political calendar, and the closer to the election, the more his conclusion affects the election outcomes. Toad wishes his goof friend Comey the best of luck, good book sales ....
