From what I’ve read maybe physcopath is the current medical class’s term of choice. It boils down to no empathy for the object chosen/ victim. If true Cosby certainly should qualify. The medical brains say there are 3 to 4 per 100 people who fit the profile. If and when they choose to give in to the urges they have is the wild card. We pass them on the street. Hopefully none of us look at one in the mirror when we wash our face. I was always intrigued by the term “monsters from the Id”. It was an old term in a sci-fi movie from my younger days. Seems appropriate in these cases some what.
