The Judge’s decision was correct. Before leftists rejoice too much they should remember that this can go both ways.
We have become horribly divided because of media choices. You can now live your ‘news’ life never hearing an opposing view. Then you encounter people who think differently, and wonder from what planet are they.
So now we can live our social life never hearing an opposing view. There will be ‘Republican’ bars and ‘Democrat’ bars. Not good.
With an argument like that no wonder it was thrown out.

Bad ruling. All we would have to do is say no Democrats and 97% of blacks and 77% of Jews would be excluded. Wanna see a massive suit if that happened??

So Judge, I guess that since homosexuality isn’t a religion, a cake-maker can refuse to bake one for a gay wedding.
I could see the same judge ruling the opposite if...
Say a gay man went to a bar wearing an “I’m with her” shirt, or better yet, a “Gay Pride” shirt.
The bartender says, “Get out, we don’t want your kind here!”
The Gay man says, “Why, because I’m gay?”
The bartender replies, “No, because you’re a Leftist!”
The Gay man sues.
What do you think the judge would say, and how will the gay man’s lawyer approach the lawsuit? That his client is a Leftist, or his client is gay?

If someone doesn’t want to serve me, and I don’t really care why -— I want to leave ASAP. I have worked in food service long enough in college to know that those are the kind of Democrats/liberals that spit in your food or worse if you insist on staying. OH, YES THEY WILL!!! Be thankful for the warning and find a respectable place to dine -— leave the lowlifes to gloat among themselves while you enjoy unadulterated food.
A caller to the Chris Plante show on WMAL radio said that the judge has now authorized discrimination based upon politics in this case, one can now deny renting or selling property to folks based upon their politics “I saw a Bernie sticker on their car” for example. Or “Oh, you supported Hillary, I won’t bake your wedding cake”.

The left is successfully wielding the judicial system like a club to take out anybody who stands in their way to their goal of a total socialist state.
But for one wearing an “Obama” hat, bouncing would be an act of racism. It’s all very simple.
Okay....What about that baker that doesn’t want to bake a cake for an event he doesn’t approve of. If he says it’s a political issue, he doesn’t have to? But if it’s a religious issue he does?
So, I guess that means that a bar (or any other business) can toss out Obama and Hillary supporters, at will. Precedence has been set.
