And so the statue-destroying historical revisionist Left deprives us of another cultural icon. Composer Stephen Foster, born on Lawrenceville, PA before it was annexed by the City of Pittsburgh, composer of American classics like Camptown Races and Old Folks at Home, is declared by a Peoples Tribunal to be a RAAAAACIST, 154 years after his death.

Of course a list of black females who made minimal contributions are being considered for a statue to replace him.

Way down upon de Swanee Ribber,
Far, far away,
Dere's wha my heart is turning ebber,
Dere's wha de old folks stay.

All up and down de whole creation
Sadly I roam,
Still longing for de old plantation,
And for de old folks at home.

Chorus
All de world am sad and dreary,
Eb-rywhere I roam;
Oh, darkeys, how my heart grows weary,
Far from de old folks at home!

2nd verse
All round de little farm I wandered
When I was young,
Den many happy days I squandered,
Many de songs I sung.
When I was playing wid my brudder
Happy was I;
Oh, take me to my kind old mudder!
Dere let me live and die.

3rd Verse
One little hut among de bushes,
One dat I love
Still sadly to my memory rushes,
No matter where I rove.
When will I see de bees a-humming
All round de comb?
When will I hear de banjo strumming,
Down in my good old home?

say...there’s a Highland Park below my house and I’m in a southern state, reckon we could have the statue of the composer as a go along with our brand spanking new MAEEX tourist draw? Meridian Arts & Entertainment Exposition has cost us a bundle but our mayor,DEMOCRAT Percy Bland, is hoping this will get them coming off the Interstate again. Some of us feel a little less crime and cutting back the hordes of homeless Zombies might help keep taxpayers IN the city instead of accelerating the outer limits flight.

Everything is racist to racists. They are trying to erase history little by little so they can continue to rewrite it.
