Republican House Committee Chairmen Bob Goodlatte and Trey Gowdy say they have reached a deal with the Justice Department to review or obtain documents pertaining to the FBI's Hillary Clinton email investigation -- documents they have been requesting for months.
Appearing on Fox News Tuesday night, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said he believes the document haul will include many more text messages exchanged by FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
"Well, I do believe that we'll get those," Meadows told Sean Hannity.
"In fact, some of that we believe will put some context to Director Comey's claims that, you know, he was just an innocent bystander in all this. We don't believe that the facts are bearing that out," Meadows said.
Hannity asked Meadows and Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) if Republicans are still trying to find the 33,000 emails, supposedly non-work-related, that Hillary Clinton deleted from her private server.
"That's the thing, Sean," DeSantis replied. "You almost always can find the emails somewhere. Yet in this case, it was the FBI's judgment that hey, these 30,000 emails, we can't find them. Now, in Judicial Watch litigation for FOIA, you know, they've identified the backup server by Datto Inc. as potentially having those. The FBI never searched that. I asked (FBI Director) Christopher Wray whether they did. You know, he could not confirm that they did.
"So we need to look at all the possible areas where those emails were because when you have a emails subpoenaed, you don't just turn over the ones that you want to turn over and then acid wash the rest. That's not the way it works. I think there were a lot of work-related emails that they deleted. There may have been emails related to the (Clinton) Foundation and other things."

I know Trump was joking when he said it, but Putin probably does have Hillary’s missing e-mails.
‘I asked (FBI Director) Christopher Wray whether they did. You know, he could not confirm that they did.’
Wray joined the swamp with the speed of Superman changing clothes in a phone booth.
Just conduct a midnight SWAT raid on the Justice Dept. offices. Oh ... wait ...
Sounds like the FBI is even afraid of the Klinton crime syndicate.
We have “0” reason to believe that. But I’m sure CNN loves your input.
The cloth....we need the cloth with her fingerprints.
Look at Page.. Who would be romantically involved with that mutt?
Every intelligence agency worth its salt has them, it was an unsecured server being used by our Secretary of State.
Yet Democrats can crash Trump’s lawyer’s office and help themselves to any communications, no matter how personal or not-related to Russia.
I hope America is waking-up to the double standard.
Not afraid..partners.
Just like MSM.
The FBI is part of the Clinton Crime Syndicate.
....afraid of Klinton crime syndicate.....

Remember, leftists always project onto others what they are doing. Comey’s preposterous “flashbacks of dealilng with the Mob” means: WE the leftists are the Mob.
Opposing Clintons ain’t healthy——it leads to witnesses feeling guilty and shooting themselves in the back three times and then falling off a bridge. Ain’t healthy.
If the emails were sent on government computers, can they claim they’re personal in nature?

Even if Hillary incinerated the server and the backups, we know that the NSA still has all of those emails. Why don’t they ask them for copies?
I know Trump was joking when he said it, but Putin probably does have Hillarys missing e-mails.

Pakistan probably does have Hillary’s missing emails.
Most of the world’s intelligence agencies have them.
Wray got a lot of Rat votes to confirm. The way things are any nominee that gets more then a few Rat votes is a bad pick.
That’s a good point. I had hopes for Wray because he’d spent quite a few years in the private sector. But evidently the Democrats knew something about him that they liked, and Wray has lived up to (Leftist) expectations.
