I would like to see the Trump administration say fine, if the court can make policy, then they can administer it from their own budget.

Master Bates is about to see what happens to judges who rule as he does. he wrote a 60 page decision. What a laugh.

His rulling will be appeaed out of existance. No cancelled executive fiat of any former president can be reinstated by court order and subsequently withstand a constitutional challenge, and if it does, there will be civil war in America.

Its a separation of powers issue. The judge was clearly out of line.

DACA was not only arbitrary and capricious, but also illegal on constitutional grounds. So now it’s also arbitrary and capricious to do what—repel invaders, levy tariffs, print money...? I trust the Administration is already working on the appeal and the re-argument of this arbitrary, capricious ruling. 90 days. How big of him.

LINE IN THE SAND TIME. If Trump loves Andrew Jackson so much, it’s time to start acting like him. He needs to announce that he is completely ignoring this judge’s ruling. If the judge wants an “explanation”, Trump should FedEx him a copy of the US Constitution, along with a reminder that an executive order can be removed with another executive order.

How can this happen? DACA wasn’t even the law.. If Obama can declare something to be so just because he wants it to be, then so can President Trump!

I don’t care if a thousand federal judges rule that foreign-born people have the same rights as citizens. Their rulings are unconstitutional and unenforceable. Leave it to leftists to support illegal activity.

If a king ....er president (Obama) .....has the power to arbitrarily and capriciously impose an illegal policy then another president (Trump) damn sure has the power to rescind it.

No chance. As long as there are mortgages to be paid and wives cutting off the sugar for unpaid bills there will be no Civil War. Food shortage would do it but a SC ruling making our borders open never will. Sorry.

Seems to me, the simplest answer is for our President to do an EO rescinding DACA. He can title it, “the restoring the rule of law EO”.

I knew pulling the original court case was mistake. It wasn’t going to survive. That’s how it should have been killed. Now people are just taking the cases to judges who don’t like Trump
