How cool that you know what the hoo-hoo bird is. Just from your description, it reminded me of some of the doves we have around here. Did the eagle eat it? LOL!

Hubby does buy too much, and I fuss about it, but I just don’t want to have to do it myself. Especially since I don’t cook either. :) I’m lazy. But he likes doing it and I got burned out on it years ago when I worked full time. So.....

Guess I’d better go. I probably have Peaches tonight, which means I’ll wake up a lot during the rest of the night. Sweet boy wants ALL my attention. :) See ya tomorrow night! Oh, ahd......

It’s driven me nuts wondering what the heck that bird was. Like you, I figured it had to be some sort of dove or pigeon. It sounds similar to a mourning dove but it’s louder.

No, the eagle didn’t eat it. LOL! It barely reacted to its presence.

Can’t say grocery shopping is one of my favorite chores but I’d much rather do it than let Hubby do it. I knock it out pretty quickly. What he does do, and the ol’ back appreciates it greatly, is help me lug the stuff in and put it away.

Oh boy, lucky you. You have Peaches tonight. He must know the weather’s going to take a turn. Hope he behaves himself for a change and lets you sleep.
