It's interesing though. I had a friend who was raised in Zimbabwe and came to the US to go to college. He stayed and I met him as a coworker when he and I were both about 22. At that time he looked at all the racial victimhood stuff and shook his head. He thought they were all weak and pitiful.

About five years later we were at lunch and he was griping about how unfair the company was and how nobody in senior management "looked like him". All I could think was "well, that didn't take too long to take over".
