Being a sceptic, I am sceptical, very sceptical.
However, when I look at the lights out map, I see lots of room for Seoul to grow
I truly hope that isn’t what takes place. Germany paid a high price for that. We need to make sure former North Korean territory is improved, not see former South Korean areas suffer down-side.
