Attorney General Jeff Sessions informed the White House that he may resign from his post in the event that President Trump fires Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, according to a new report.
Sessions notified White House counsel Don McGahn of this during a phone call last weekend, sources told the Washington Post.
During the phone call, Sessions sought information about a meeting between Trump and Rosenstein and was relieved to hear that the meeting was primarily pleasant, and mentioned that he would have to weigh resigning if Trump fired Rosenstein, a person familiar with the call told the Post.

Sure looks like they’re best buds whose main concern in the Reputation of the FBDoj.
Tell us how it is Strzok and Page are on the inside getting paychecks?
Tell us how Mueller and the NY US Atty move like their hair is in fire to get Trump, but Sessions and his Wine Partner move like a drugged turtle on a cold day.

The problem is the Senate. They already said they wouldn’t approve anyone else for the position.

The DOJ IG report is going to implicate Rosenstein because he signed one of the fraudulent FISA applications. At that point Sessions will have to fire him. If he doesn’t, Trump has everything he needs to fire both of them and no one will have a real basis for complaint.
now we are up to 14 montha, 12 days of America held hostage.
