Wow, that really smacks of desperation - to plead that adultery is a basis of privileged non-testimony.

I have always felt the lovebird story betwen Struck-Stroke and Gummy Bear was a canard. Both were sexually stimulated, IMHO, by the prospect of pulling off a couple, toppling a sitting President.
