I ate at a chick/fil-a in College Station TX a couple of weeks ago and it was PACKED. The parking lot was full and it had the longest line in the drive through I’ve ever seen. When I commented on the crowd, the person taking my order said they have the record as the busiest in the nation. I got my order in record time.
We ate @ CFA in NJ. Plenty of staff — polite, some handicapped.
