Yes, I think that is their plan also. Unfortunately, plans like that tend to blow up in their faces.

Regardless, the precedent has been set. Any attorney and their client, involved in any case that comes before this judge, should immediately request another judge, request this judge to recuse herself, or request another venue due to facing a hostile court.

You do realize many members of congress are lawyers and may I add the california legislature.

Talk about cutting your own throat.

These are the same congressional clowns that are deliberately blocking and slow-walking the President’s judicial nominees.
