While Japan And South Korea Would Like Us To Go Back Into TPP, I Don’t Like The Deal

While Japan and South Korea would like us to go back into TPP, I don’t like the deal for the United States. Too many contingencies and no way to get out if it doesn’t work. Bilateral deals are far more efficient, profitable and better for OUR workers. Look how bad WTO is to U.S.

Let’s see: They both take advantage of us over trade. We protect them. Sounds like POTUS is just pointing out the hard truth to them. China? They need us more than we need them. Trump’s trump. Something tells me Taiwan and the Sorks will be very grateful and ALL issues will be solved. The Chinese are as popular as the Russians are in their region. Iran? They will change b4 we give them back the punch in the nose we owe them.

“This kills the Trump is going back on the TPP rubbish.”

This is what gets me, is that he never, ever said anything about going back on or back to TPP. The MEDIA phrased it just right, just enough to get us angry and for many people it worked.

Trump would never, ever agree to TPP - in any form. He asked professionals and counsel to review it. That’s it !

Yet so many people turned on him like a doberman that was fed LSD !

Watch him cut a trade deal with Little Rocket Man in return for other “things of value”.

GE could see a bump in orders to help keep the damn lights on over there 24 hours a day, and many others as well.

Japanese have discovered the mother lode of rare-earth minerals in their sea beds..... and guess who DJT was visiting with today?????

I knew you knew: ABE!

Suppose there was a deal of some kind made between US and Japan about those rare earth minerals so the Chinese no longer have the market cornered???

Hmmmmm?

I don’t think Japan and Korea, or any of the other TPP members, are waiting for the U.S. to rejoin. They’ve moved on and implemented TPP among themselves. Reopening it for negotiation just to get the U.S. in isn’t going to happen.

Have no idea..... just speculating here. Surely there would be advantages to Japan to have US in a VERY close critical resource supply chain situation!

Japan will have the whole world in a critical resource supply situation if this source of rare earth elements proves to be as large as they think it is. Any country that doesn't want to pay China's price would be a customer.
