The officials said a decision was then made to announce the sanctions as an answer to Russia’s response to the strikes. But that plan was re-evaluated and then put on hold over the weekend...On Monday, a new memo went out from the NSC saying that additional sanctions were under consideration, but no decision had been made.

So, Kudlow was right, and Haley was confused, or outright lied. I knew it from the first moment. Haley is a finger-to-the-wind politician who is constantly looking for a TV camera or microphone.

Thank God she is not eligible to be President. It was a mistake for Trump to appoint her after she said that while she wouldn't endorse a Presidential candidate, if she did, it wouldn't be Trump.
