White House adviser apologizes for saying Haley was confused

A White House official said Kudlow, the director of the National Economic Council, called Haley to apologize Tuesday afternoon in an effort to mend fences...The officials said a decision was then made to announce the sanctions as an answer to Russia’s response to the strikes. But that plan was re-evaluated and then put on hold over the weekend...On Monday, a new memo went out from the NSC saying that additional sanctions were under consideration, but no decision had been made.

Yes.

"Consensus exists that anyone born on U.S. soil and subject to its jurisdiction is a natural born citizen, regardless of parental citizenship. See United States v. Wong Kim Ark; 14th Amendment."

We covered it very thoroughly in arguments here a long time ago.

A natural born Citizen is one who is born on U.S. soil to U.S. citizen parents.

The 14th has nothing to do with natural born citizenship. It was about granting citizenship for freed slaves. Moreover, it had nothing to do with giving citizenship to children of foreign nationals whether here legally or illegally. No matter what the courts say.

On the flag business, as you probably know, it was a political tactical move. Someone else lost his office for continuing to support it, and she was advised to do as she did for a good political purpose. I strongly suspect that she will support it for the sake of common, hard working constituents, when the time is right.

Never underestimate the power of wishful thinking.

Nimrata Randhawa is a multiculturalist - this was about ideology, not tactics. She took down the Confederate flag because she wanted to take it down, just like all politically correct establishment Republicans. Not surprisingly, Nimrata was also a big supporter of the Gang of Eight's amnesty agenda, and, until it helped her career, a Never Trumper. Why Trump picked that harpy to begin with remains a mystery of me. Perhaps it was his way of throwing a bone to the establishment - with any luck she'll be out the door and out of a job very soon.

I am no Haley fan at all. IMO she is bloodthirsty on multiple levels. And not that smart.

Kudlow just committed a classic gaffe by Washington standards: he accidentally told the truth.

I’m with you.. love her ball busting style.
What kind of idiot admits confusion in a time of war? 90 percent of winning a war is clear messaging of the very real 10 percent total destruction headed to the enemy leaders doorstep.

I think she is an embarrassment to the United States
Her language at the UN and her snotty ( yes snotty) treatment of the Russian and Syrian ambassadors is juvenile and embarrassing
Like Theresa May she uses language that cannot be walked back when evidence shows you to be a fool

The only thing dipomatic about that woman is her job title
She is the neocon Samantha Power
The Russian Foreign minister has her pegged as weak and hyperbolic
She is no future president
South Carolinas gain in losing her was our loss

My humble opinions

Big fan of the Russian ambassador are you? You think Putin is a swell guy too?

So, Kudlow was right, and Haley was confused, or outright lied. I knew it from the first moment. Haley is a finger-to-the-wind politician who is constantly looking for a TV camera or microphone.

Thank God she is not eligible to be President. It was a mistake for Trump to appoint her after she said that while she wouldn't endorse a Presidential candidate, if she did, it wouldn't be Trump.

Did she endorse 3 other GOP candidates before Trump? Or was it just 2?
Obviously this woman has stellar political acumen
Handy double- banger affirmative action pick
And someone saving her from going down to defeat in SC

“. I strongly suspect that she will support it for the sake of common, hard working constituents, when the time is right.”

Haley’s roots in SC began when she was born there in 1972. The family roots before that come from northern India.

There is nothing sacred or memorial about the battle flag to her or her family.

I hope this matter goes away and Nikki Haley is not fired. Look...I don’t agree with her mishegas with the Confederate battle flag either, but I still like her.

I don't like her - but only because she's a vacuous, insufferable b***h.

I’m sorry but I missed a southern accent, grace and reverence for South Carolina’s history.

“No matter what the courts say.”

Okay, I guess that settles it. We don’t need courts and can simply rely on your proclamations. That works.

Naturalization is a constitutional power given solely to congress. The courts can’t legislate from the bench and they can’t make anyone a citizen. Much less a natural born Citizen.

Court created citizens, like anchor babies, are citizens in name only—CINOS.
