If you say Magog was the Scythians, then the Scythians were Indo-Europeans who were of proto-Irani, proto-Slavic, proto-Baltic and proto-Nordic stock

Most of them over the next 2000 years (from 1000 BC to 1000 AD) migrated to Western Europe and became ancestors of most of the English, Scottish, French, Irish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. people as well as, in general of most Europeans

So, that would put the West as a whole as "Magog"

However, you are wrong, Magog was not the Scythians

Ezekiel referred to “the utmost parts of the north and all its wings” (depending on the translation one might be reading from) along with the mentions of Gomer and Togarmah. Interesting.
