If The Russians Were Trying To Blackmail An Incoming Elected POTUS

What if the attempt by the democrats, the FBI and the DOJ to rig the presidential election had actually given Hillary Clinton the win?

The Russians could blackmail her by threatening to open their files on how they paid her and Bill off for her approval
as Secretary of State for them to purchase 20% of America's known uranium ore deposits.

But then she probably would have 'Vince Fostered' their entire embassy staff and dropped a few nukes on Moscow.

The Russians could blackmail her

They knew they didn't need to. She was all too willing to give them whatever they paid for. Fiat money means nothing to governments.
