Will McCabe make a deal? I hope so and start singing like a canary.
You do know that his wife Jill McCabe took money from the Clinton Family, right? I think if he hints about testifying, he’d better be able to talk with two bullets of different calibers shot from a distance of more than 1.3 meters having passed through his cranium. I hope he is brave enough to face that.

Lacked Candor? That's so coarse sounding and may hurt his feelings. Wouldn't "inadvertently misstated the truth" be a kinder, gentler way of saying it? /sarc
WTH! Stop sugar coating it, HE LIED UNDER OATH! Lock him up!

“Is there a law against lacking candor?”
Let’s just refer to that as a ‘matter’
To: ProtectOurFreedom
W’e all say liar. Its a plain old solid descriptive word the we all use. Government weasel-speak. They are protecting their own.’
Just like they called Hillary’s investigation a “matter”, and her gross negligence, “careless”.
To: bigbob
So we’ve gone from multiple indictments to “lacking candor”.

>> How can DOJ *not* prosecute him? Evidence is overwhelming.<<
McCabe violated a policy, not any laws. FBI guidelines call for termination and nothing more. He got the max punishment.

Lack of candor?
Thats the BEST they could do? WTF!!!!
The scam is not only in semantics. McCabe is the chief instigator of the cabal and the “insurance policy” against Trump. And all the IG has come up after months and months of so-called investigation is that this gangster in chief has leaked to journalists some vague things!!! In other word, that is a whitewash.
Now that we have the evidence that all the IG has produced is some nothingbuggers, can we expect the Sessions sycophants, who waited for the IG reports as the coming of the Messiah, to publicly hang themselves? We should be mad as hell of these suckers as we are of the swampers.

When politicians LIE their asses off they cal it “Lack of candor” PLEASE..they are LIARS and McCabe belongs in JAIL along with Comey the POS
To: M. Thatcher
Yeah Im figured it was a legal / conduct code verbiage. Prove lying is harder than being not completely honest. Lack of candor is the FBI / legal term for lies.

Like we suspected.....the deep state & Obama & Brennan farmed out the spying on Trump to the UK.
To: FreeReign
Did the report cite the law and make a criminal referral? I've only read the summary...but if the report says he lied under oath the FBI and DOJ can figure that out. If they want to, that is.

Speaking of, uh, "lacking candor".... there is soooo much more to come out about Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and everyone associated with the outrageous "matter" of Hillary's emails... including emails to and from OBAMA:

That’s because NSA Director Adml. Mike Rogers shut down their illegal 702 about queries spying on Americans.

Good Lord, can anyone in gubberment talk like the rest of us do?
—
Yes. Our President. He called Comey a “slime ball.” Best description of that creep EVER. He also tweeted about an hour ago and called McCabe and Comey “a den of thieves and lowlifes.”
To: Terry Mross
It is akin to perjury in a criminal setting. But it is not criminal. I am not an attorney, but IIRC it can carry civil penalties. Not sure how it would affect a law license. I imagine it would be grounds for dismissal

To: Reagan is King
I thing “using alternative vocabulary” would sound much better than lacking candor. Lying is such a harsh term....very unloving and intolerant.
