Lack of Candor is the FBIs term, he cant do anything about it. Havent you ever worked somewhere where there were special terms for things? Thats all this is. Everyone knows it means LYING.Like the Nazis referring to gassing Jews as "Special Handling."

Will McCabe make a deal? I hope so and start singing like a canary.You left out a step, "will there be a prosecution"?
To: Col Frank Slade
McCabe changing the 302s’ in the Hillary investigation.
That could be another IG bomb coming up.
To: bigbob
"the murderer was found guilty of disrepect for the victims life" [/sarcasm]

If he lied under oath, then he can be criminally prosecuted for perjury. Lacking Candor under oath is perjury. Per the IG report McCabe lacked candor under oath.

IG report indicates that McCabe was audio recorded during his false statements to investigators. Strongly suggests prosecution.
To: bigbob
This report only deals with his misconduct related to unauthorized leaks and lacking candor with investigators.
He will be further implicated in the other reports due to be released including the faux Hillary Clinton email investigation as well as the FISA abuse aka insurance policy.
If the DOJ OIG has textes from Page and Strzok, he surely also secured text messages from Andy.

Worth noting the IG report on McCabe clearly goes out of the way to inform reader that McCabe was audio recorded during his false statements to FBI investigators. How can DOJ *not* prosecute him? Evidence is overwhelming.

Wray (ala Comey): No prosecutor is going to take this case. Yeah, because they're all too busy fast-tracking Trump.

'Is there a law against lacking candor'? Under oath? Yep.
Did the report cite the law and make a criminal referral?
To: bigbob
Rule of Law for Americans:
* gross negligence
* lying
* investigation
* conviction
Rule of Suggestions for Elites:
* extreme carelessness
* lack of candor
* matter
* take the 5th
To: Hotlanta Mike
He will be further implicated in the other reports due to be released including the faux Hillary Clinton email investigation as well as the FISA abuse aka insurance policy.The FISA abuse IG review was only opened in late March. I don't think that we'll be seeing that for a long time.
To: Terry Mross
Is there a law against lacking candor?
I believe that’s a “matter” for the Feral Department of Matters.
