I repeat......Rosenstein’s memo provides Trump with a complete defense on any obstruction charges relating to Comey’s firing.

Rosenstein implies that there is as yet undisclosed information that will further support HIS conclusions in the memo. This is a good thing for Trump.

So...why is he to be fired?

I heard this on some news source yesterday, I believe on Fox, that Rosenstein fired Comey. I wish I could remember on whose show I heard this.
