Former 49ers quarterback remains unsigned after high-profile protest
The Seattle Seahawks reportedly postponed a tryout with free-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick after he wouldn’t rule out kneeling during the national anthem.
The Seahawks organization is still considering holding a workout with Kaepernick, who sat out the 2017 NFL season without a contract following a season in which he emerged as the leader of the player take-a-knee activism.
After making arrangements for the tryout two weeks ago, “the trip was unexpectedly scuttled over the Seahawks’ last-minute stipulation regarding Kaepernick’s anthem stance,” according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, citing a source.
“The source said the Seahawks wanted to know that Kaepernick wouldn’t kneel this season, and he was unwilling to give that assurance to them,” ESPN said in a Thursday report.

The Seahawks need this turd about as much as they need a “dose”.
The Seahawks owners obviously want to pay their players out of their own wallets rather than pass that expense on to their dwindling fan base.
Might a wary person suspect that Mister Kaepernick really does NOT want a tryout (being as so many of his completions are likely to be to his opponents); rather, that he wants to construct an artificial VICTIM-HOOD situation?
He must be making more money protesting than playing.
A team best known for fostering homosexual conduct and radical leftwing politics. Then when things started going sour, the skunk of a coach bailed and played the "C" card for sympathy. (Of course, it then went into remission to explain his good health).

Like any good leftist, Kaepernick is proud to be an agent of destruction. What he represents is toxic for the NFL and for all of professional sports. It’s on Roger Goodell that he didn’t recognize the danger and immediately put a stop to Kaepernick’s stunt the moment he started doing it.

Yep, Goodell and a lot of owners were going for the PC angle and got bit in the butt, they’re almost as stupid as Kaepernick.
