Id like to see the New North California cut off all the water to South California ( aka Baja California del Norte). Hollywood and Beverly Hills with empty pools and brown lawns!
They have the entire Pacific Ocean at their doorstep!
Why do they not have desalinization plants all up and down the coast?
They should have more water than they know what to do with!...................................
